Frequency is the Key!


Sometimes when we are on our spiritual path it can feel like we have hit a wall. Maybe your meditation practice has gotten left behind, or other things are grabbing your attention. Now that summer has come to an end, it's a good time to reconnect to your spiritual practice. Let’s go to the basics and talk in the terms of frequency and vibration for broader insight. Understanding this concept will change your trajectory!

It’s the Law! The Law of Vibration dictates that everything attracts or repels depending on vibration. Our vibration works like a locator. This signal will attract to us "like kind" energy. In order to create the life we want we must align ourselves with the vibration of that in which we want to attract.

The Half Step tuning targets the zone in between the 7 major energy centers. These areas contain fragments of unprocessed emotions. This tuning provides good energy flow for a feeling of wholeness.

Gratitude is the doorway to acceptance.


The feeling of gratitude for some people can feel very elusive because it is a complex emotion. It involves both thinking and feeling. When you engage with it through thought, it increases to a feeling. You then arrive at the doorway of acceptance and hidden joy.


Want to increase your decision making and your ability to learn? Have gratitude!

It changes the medial prefrontal cortex of the brain. The simple expression of being more grateful increases more brain activity! Some researchers have discovered that this activity persisted as long as one month later. So there are not only short-term benefits but long term benefits too!

Conscious Choice

Sure gratitude can be achieved by action. For you to feel its true meaning try creating an actionable practice.


How to find gratitude through practice:

1. Meditation - End your meditation by giving thanks for all things in your life (even the perceived bad things). Embrace that all things in life are for learning and growth. This concept furthers the energy release.


2. Journaling - Give yourself time to express yourself through written words. When we form sentences, we search inside of ourselves to find the right words for expression. Simply by writing out your thoughts you are creating an opening for energy to flow.


3. Voice your gratitude. If you think it, say it. The more you do it the more you will start to feel it. The vibration of your own voice with the energy of the words will change the structure of your cells! That’s some reinforcement!
